They know exactly what I want everytime I come in and have it ready fast! They all would do anything to make my morning great. I have been to other Starbucks and if my daughters go up and order a drink some of the people are not as willing to help them. That is not the case with Sara. leighc@... Went to the Starbuck's at Safeway on Alhambra in Sacramento. Courteous people this time, although I have been there when people were distracted, didn't pay attention to orders, had her boyfriend there. She took a phone call, kept me waiting, I had to go, and told her just to skip the order, then as I was walking out of the store, she waved me over and had made my drink, without my asking for it. I paid and left, pretty dumbfounded with the whole experience. Not up to Starbucks quality.about 1 month ago

It make transactions/balances very easy to track. Initially, I was reluctant to reload online (usually handled in peson), but pleasantly surprised at how quickly the balance was updated when I visited a location. I am never disappointed by customer service.about 1 month ago

Poor rating for the coffee shop at Fred Meyers in Richland...I did not know about the 2 pm receipt ($2.00 coffee) because they never stamp my receipts! terrycannon97032@... I usually stop at the Starbucks in the Safeway store on my way home the 2 afternoons a week I pass by. They are always efficient and friendly.My drink of choice is pretty straight forward and I do enjoy the baked goods. The banana nut is great and the raspberry swirl is yummy.
